  • DEPOSIT: - When the booking is made 50 % of rental fee is due to reserve your dates.

    BALANCE:DUE 30 days before rental commences, plus the cleaning and pet fee (if applicable).

    CANCELLATION: FULL REFUND is given minus $200 admin. fee when cancellation notice is given by email 30 days PRIOR to arrival . In the event that cancellation notice arrives with LESS than 30 days notice, a full refund (-$200 admin fee) will be given ONLY if we are able to rebook those dates.

    Couples discount: [ honeymoon, romantic getaways, special couples celebrations]- 15 % rate reduction- for one couple-two people.

    Returning vacationers: 15% rate reduction.

    Families and patients of mayo Clinic: 15 % rate reduction

    CLEANING FEES:

    Our cleaning fee INCLUDES all initial supplies of environmentally friendly cleaning products, toiletries, dishwashing soap, etc.

    $200 for up to 5 guests- $250 for up to 8 guests- $300 for up to 11 guests.

My wife and I stayed in this house in May this year and had a wonderful time. From the moment we walked in we were taken by the cleanliness and lovely decor throughout the property. A very well laid out out house with excellent facilities. The en-suite to master bedroom is lovely. The kitchen very easy to cook in with every utensil you can think of !! The back garden is wonderful t relax in and the pool very clean and inviting. We spent a lot of time in it !! A barbecue would have been a nice addition. Easy to get to local shops and amenities (very handy for golfers). All in all, a very nice place to stay for couples and families alike set in a very quiet neighbourhood. Will recommend it to my friends and family and would definately return given the chance !
