This bright & clean ranch is completely renovated w/cathedral ceilings & skylights throughout. Located less than 99 yards (football field) from a warm, deeded beach on Nantucket Sound. Located on one of Dennisport’s only private dirt roads with ocean views and a flat private back yard. A mild seaside breeze generally keeps the bugs away! Located in the center of Cape Cod, & a quaint cottage area you'll be able to explore the entire Cape. Lots to do: bumper cars & boats, mini golf, movie theater, antiquing, zoo aquarium. Convenience store, ice cream shop, & restaurants are all within walking distance. Just 15-20 min. from Hyannis Ferries take a day trip to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket! The home has 3 bdrms (Queen, Full & 3 Twins) & a large fully equipped kitchen. Full bathroom plus an enclosed outside hot & cold shower. The kitchen, dining & family room is all open with a comfortable flow to it & a wood burning stove. Available year round this house is prefect off season too!

Come and park your car for the week! Dennisport is located on Cape Cod in an area called Mid-Cape on the warm waters of the Nantucket Sound. Some beaches on Cape Cod have enormous dunes or cliffs. This home is literally 99 yards (less than a football field) from a private deeded beach on the Nantucket Sound. It's a flat walk with no dunes or cliffs to enter the beach. Within a 5 minute walk there are also two very small town beaches (Glendon and Haiges). The cottage is located on private street with one of the only dirt roads in Dennisport. Enjoy your evenings relaxing in the private flat backyard with an ocean breeze while gazing at the stars, away from the city lights. Lots of activities nearby: bumper cars & boats, mini golf, golf, whale watching, outlet shopping, antiquing, zoo quarium, arcades, batting & soccer cages, cafes & much more. Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream shops, hot dog stands, seafood, mini grocery store.

The Street-Restaurants & Ice Cream Parlor-Backyard: Location-Location-Location-Can’t beat this location. Come and park your car for the week! Located on one of Dennisport's only private dirt roads. It’s a nice street for kids & bikes. The home is set back just enough so that people walking up and down it to the beach can not take a 'peak' in the windows as they are walking by.

The Sailing Cow (0.4 miles away) -Great for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or an afternoon cocktail overlooking the beach. They also have a take out window. Weddings on Cape Cod -Vacation Home: Are you planning on coming to Cape Cod for a wedding? This Cape Cod Vacation Rental is much more intimate and cozy than a hotel. Could also be the perfect honeymoon sweet. It has a roomy kitchen to cook your own meals, plenty of seating as well as parking for the whole family. It's a 3 minute walk to the beach. A flat walk no long staircases to climb or dunes to go down.

Just a little note to say that we had a fabulous week in your lovely home. It was perfect and offered every convenience we could possibly need. We were very comfortable and felt right at home. The quiet surroundings and proximity to the beach were so well appreciated. We had great weather too. Thank you for a great getaway, we'll definitely be coming back!!

Great Location

My family stayed in this adorable house and had such a nice time. It is conveniently located near the beach and the house is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Happy holidays!

This is a sweet little cottage with everything you need for a nice holiday. It really is just a short stroll from the beach, and as well as the private beach there are two nice public beaches only steps away too. We were there when the weather wasn't entirely lovely, but the little gas burner keeps the cottage nice and cosy!
It's in a good location for travelling around the rest of Cape Cod and the owner was very helpful answering all my questions and queries!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Amazing Cape Cod experience

I can't say enough about this beautifully maintained cottage. Super clean and it felt like home.
It truly was a "Cape Cod" experience steps from a private beach and great yard to relax in. The owner is professional and friendly and makes you feel like your family.

Weekend Away

2010: This is our 4th year renting this property as my girlfriends and I go away once per year for ladies weekend. We began 2007 and have been coming back ever since. This property is absolutely beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. The beach is exactly as is described...99 yards away. The house is always clean and very well kept and it has suited our needs to a point where we have added an extra day this year to our weekend. We plan to continue our fun times for years to come.

The property has exceeded our expectations and the owner, has always been, year after year, extremely accommodating and helpful with places to visit and dine. If you are looking for a home away from home, this is it!

You will not be dissappointed.
