Zeeland is known for the most hours of sunshine hours in the Netherlands. In just 10 minutes or a half hour walk allows bicycles on the North Sea beach of Domburg.
The main facilities as supermarket, pharmacy, post office and Bicycle Store around the corner.
The island of Walcheren and the surrounding area offers many opportunities for wonderful bike trails. The rural setting with farmland and pastures offers space and tranquility. The cities of Vlissingen and Middelburg are cycling distance and the villages in the area and the Bijzonderst which Domburg Veere.
Locate the 'house' is also what further out than a visit to the other islands in the province of Zeeland worth choosing. Ferry to Zeeland Flanders is a bike / walking is a good option. Upon arrival you will find further information about the area and the many attractions.
Aagtekerke has a nice village, quiet village on a 15-minute walk from the sea, forest and dunes. A village with all amenities within easy reach.
Aagtekerke is a village in the municipality of Veere with about 1500 inhabitants. The village is relatively quiet, although you almost 2 km from the famous beach resort Domburg is yet. Aagtekerke is therefore a loved whereabouts on holiday. In Aagtekerke therefore are relatively large (mini) holiday homes and campsites in and around the village.
The heart of Aagtekerke is the village church, surrounded by the village square. In the village square you will find a supermarket and Kadoshop 't Dorpshuus', it is also set up an old post office. The bike shop in the village square is also an excellent bike rental.
