The wild life is plentiful in this area, too...don't forget the sea turtles nesting season starts in June. This home was renovated with all high end materials. Beautiful solid wood cabinetry and granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Original terrazzo floors polished to a high shine...oh, and wait till you see the bath!!! Separate walk in shower and soaking tub. There is a spacious patio in the back and a large green and tree filled yard.
The living room/great room area is so inviting you won't want to leave! This home was decorated with the colors of Florida...Sand, blue skies, palms,and sunshine!! We hope you love this place as much as we do!

This home is beautifully renovated with all the comforts of home. We only needed to bring our own food. It's blocks from the Indian River and minutes from the local beaches. Our family really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the homeowners being very responsive and for making the rental experience easy.
Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

This home has been nicely renovated and was very comfortable to stay at while in Melbourne. The home is very clean as well. Very close to beaches - 2 miles away. I would stay here again.

The work put into this remodeled house will amaze you! It is beautiful, comfortable, and functional. Renting this house made our stay in Melbourne that much better. On top of that, the owners are extremely responsive and helpful. We called with a problem with the washing machine and they were over within an hour to fix it. Unbelievable service and an unbelievable rental.
