We stayed at this house with our families - kids ranging from 13 to 23. Very comfortable. Nice kitchen and open family area. Views from deck were amazing. We enjoyed the bikes and kayaks. Easy paddling in the canals out to the lake. We loved S. Lake Tahoe in the summer. Cool temps (compared to Florida), easy hikes and so much to do. Tom was very helpful - we had some issues with the wifi and he promptly sent someone out to resolve the problem. Kitchen was well stocked.
