Island kitchen with granite counter tops new appliances LCD flat screen TV with mountain home decor. First floor has two theme bedrooms pool table, TV and sofa sleeper leading to grass lawn and dock. A beach, a health club, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, an outdoor spa, seven tennis courts, and a putting green are readily accessible on the Keys. Biking, horseback riding, hiking trails, scooter rentals, casino gambling, and restaurants are all nearby.

Boating: Check out the Virtual Tour Link. Lake Tahoe affords the visitor many options for activities. If you have not visited the area please feel free to ask for help. The private dock allows for two boats. The main launch ramp is at the nearby Tahoe Keys marina. A launch fee and boat sticker is required. A trip to emerald bay is a must and takes about 15-20 minutes. The Tahoe Keys is also an extensive series of water ways and is a great area to 'put around'. Radio controlled sail boats are quite fun off the dock. A double kayak is included; Life jackets are required.. Take the kids for a ride!

The House: Check out the Virtual Tour Link included in this website. Front and back lawns are mowed weekly. Snow removal is performed when 3-4 inches fall. Parking restrictions apply during snow removal periods.

Other activities: Golf including a pitch and put course are nearby. Several really nice course can be found off the mountain within 1 hour drive time. US Forest service and historic Tallac site are nearby as well as a nice bike path. Rental bikes, kayaks, jetskis are all nearby. Horseback riding is also nearby at Camp Richardson.
