The villa ANDRITA was newly built in 2012. It has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and a spacious layout on more than 200 sqm. The gourmet kitchet with granite counters is very well equipped, for instance with a Nespresso coffee machine, wine cooler, bar. The attractive outdoor area with covered seating area, large heated pool and sparkling spa is held in warm colors and invites to linger and relax. Enjoy beautiful sunsets sitting on your own boat deck while sipping a cool drink in the tiki-hut.

The house features TVs in the master bedroom and living room, WLAN, internet radio with iPod slot, printer, playstation PS3, telephone with unlimited nationwide coverage.

For both access to the River by boat and to the city by car for shopping and sightseeing, the villa is located in perfect vicinity. Feel free to use the two bicycles.

The boat SeaRay 240 can be rented together with the house at an unbeatable price. You don't need a boat driver licence. The SeaRay is a great looking Bowrider with performance in mind. Cruises at 35-40 mph and can reach top speeds over 50. This boat comfortably seats 8 adults.
