Description of the house in Emporio, Santorini

Located in a quiet side street, the neighboring house is currently unoccupied.

The house has 4 bedrooms with beds for 8.

In the main house are two bedrooms both of which are accessible from the living room. One is equipped with a bunk bed with underlying desk and a wardrobe. The other one above the other with two single beds (bunk bed or bunk bed) and also a wardrobe. Through this room through the bathroom with shower and toilet is available.

Another bedroom is located on the roof terrace. It is equipped with a sofa bed on the second bed can be provided. This bedroom has an air conditioner. Shower and toilet are in the main house. The room has an ocean view.

The fourth bedroom is located right below the main house. There is a double bed, a small niche in the wall, a table and chair and a wardrobe. This room is equipped with air conditioning. Bathroom (ie shower, toilet, sink) is located right next to it is not directly accessible.

The living room of the main house includes a kitchenette with two induction plates and a sink.

The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, cooking utensils and crockery.

A second kitchen is available at departure for the fourth bedroom but need pots and induction plates are used by the kitchen of the main house. However they can be easily transported back and forth.

All rooms are tiled and easy to clean.

Leads to the main house is a courtyard that can be used as a terrace. There is also a large roof terrace with a pergola and sun .. Another minor roof terrace can be found on the fourth bedroom on the right hand of the court, also with pergola.

It is possible to sleep in the open air on the roof terrace. Camp beds and mosquito nets are provided. Very romantic in the summer.

The nearest bus stop is a 5 - 10 min. Walk away.

Car is recommended but not absolutely necessary.

No parking at the house.

Emporio is one of three villages on the island castle. The house is situated in a quiet street overlooking the sea and the old Kastelli. All shops in the village. Unless you want to cook yourself some smaller offers Emporio Restaurants and many more in other places. The nearest beaches are in Perivolos and Perissa. On bus route to Perivolos, Perissa and Fira.

The road continues to be a chapel and idyllic as hiking up to Ancient Thera. Along the way there are capers trees and prickly pear cactus and of course typical Mediterranean plants such as oleander, hibiscus and bougainvillea, etc.
