Overview

Ostuni Apartment Rental Photos and Description

Waterfront, right on the beach, porch, terrace, ideal for families with children

The 3-Zi.-Apartment Casa sullo Scoglio is located on a small promontory facing the crystal clear sea of Ostuni. The vacation home is located on the ground floor of a former ancient Masseria, one of the extremely rare, which can be found on the seafront. After painstaking restoration work, the apartment has been completed only in August 2011.

If only her name Casa sullo Scoglio holding (flat on the rock), what it promises. Behind the small garden gate is just framed by rocks (which are well accessible and even for children), the sandy beach cove. From the front terrace you have a unique sea view! On the terrace, you can in the morning with vista mare can enjoy breakfast or evening, by candlelight and perhaps a glass of Primitivo, sensual sound of the sea.

From the terrace you enter directly into the living room (with TV). And even here again opens the view to the sea. There is a dining area, which merges into an open kitchen. The fitted kitchen is well equipped (an oven is also available). Casa sullo Scoglio is an object of the middle class. It has two bedrooms: 1 double room and 1 room with 1 double and 1 single bed, so that the country can be occupied by 5 people. It has a beautiful, natural new bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

The holiday apartment also includes an air condition so that they can make good use not only in summer but also during the cooler months.

The apartment has 2 entrances (one on the front of the property and one on the rear), which could be for a stay of 2 couples or with older children also of interest.

Very tastefully done is the rear exterior of the vacation villa, which is bounded by a typical Apulian stone wall in warm tones such as sand and terracotta. A beautiful wooden veranda and matching tiles blend harmoniously into the ensemble. After Apulian lunch can be under the shaded porch also like to take a quiet interlude.

The home will surprise you with some extras, especially outdoors. After sunbathing and a refreshing crystal-clear sea, can the non-visible outdoor shower ideal use under the porch. The shower as well as a WC are for the exclusive use of the apartment. Everything is made brand new. In addition to the guest an additional 4-burner stove and a barbecue grill is available outdoors.

Two shady private parking also belong to the apartment. A small safe and an alarm are also available.

Villanova with its picturesque ancient fishing port and the adjacent Camerini where the apartment is located on a promontory, has retained its original character. Here you can still observe fishermen who go out with their boats on the sea and its polipi beat after being caught on the rocks, so that they can be well prepared in the kitchen. Puglia, the mecca of Mediterranean cuisine!

Optimum combination options with the neighboring holiday homes Casa Mare Sole and Porta D'Oriente Suite (and the nearby Casa Acqua Marina) in the case of several families traveling together / groups.

Marina di Ostuni has, ie the Blue Flag obtained for decades the Blue Flag for excellent seawater quality. In addition, in recent years, the '5 sail' (maximum rating) by Legambiente - one in Italy rather kristisch settled environmental organization.

Along this coastline are lined in front of Ostuni different resorts. The center, at least geographically depicts the picturesque ancient fishing port of Villanova. Here there are bars where you can have breakfast, bakeries, fish restaurants, pizzerias, etc. Although one should not imagine Villanova as sophisticated, so you can already the one and the other yacht seen in the summer months, because the clear sea also attracts many wealthy Italians and Europeans. In August there is Holiday mode.

The coast is very varied here. If there is elongated in the northern area of Marina di Ostuni beaches (Pilone, Rosa Marina), so the subsequent stretch of coast in the south (Lido Fontanelle, Costa Merlata) is but increasingly characterized by bays. Sandy beach coves take turns with rocks. Bizzarre rock formations, ancient lighthouses, beaches fringed with fragrant Mediterranean vegetation characterize the landscape. Not far from Ostuni, in Brindisi, is the Marine National Park Torre Guaceto.

Could you be inspired to paint a picture of südapulischen town of Ostuni, you really need a few colors: the green for endless centuries-old olive groves stretching down to the sea and flank the coast, the blue in various shades of the azure sea that looks like a blue carpet merges into the sky on the horizon. Brilliant white contrast are the whitewashed houses in the Moorish-style old town of Ostuni, with its labyrinthine alleyways and staircases. Pride and as a Middle Eastern "Kasbah" the White City stands on hill 300 meters up in the sunlight. The old town Ostuni is also officially a city of art in Italy. Individual accents in the picture put purple and purple splashes of color to the lush bougainvillea growing, peeping out from the walls and beautify the gardens.

Along the fields everywhere no longer ending muri a secco, vonApulien the typical dry stone walls. The hues of the stones range from white, sandy, mottled reddish terra cotta to anthracite, almost black when they are fading from the decades of weathering. The most beautiful are the sand-colored, reddish-brown traversed reminiscent of beautiful flowers planted with terracotta vases. It's a lovely sound, radiates warmth and we associate with Mediterranean culture and way of life.

The rural charm of Puglia is characterized by shady olive trees, wild-growing prickly pear, red tomato fields and vineyards, alternating with picturesque villages and of course. By the gracious hospitality of its inhabitants Heavy bearing fig trees just waiting to be picked. Fragrant lemon, orange and mandarin trees blend harmoniously into the Mediterranean, sun-drenched paradise. Pure nature!

In the background you will discover scattered Trulli, immersed in the green hills of Ostuni, at the foot of the Murge. They are an integral part of the cultural landscape of Puglia, the trulli, archaic white round houses that taper conically to the top. The former Bauernhäuschen have here in the idyllic valley of Itria (Itria Valley) their homeland, an area that extends from Ostuni on Cisternino and Martina Franca Locorotondo and finally up to Alberobello. The maximum concentration of Trulli can be found right here in the lovely, much-visited town of Alberobello, whose old town is classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

If the unique and characteristic Trulli may remember dwarfs house so symbolize the Apulian masserie (ital .: masserie) almost veritable fairytale castles. They are noble ancient manors of wildromantischem charm surrounded by centuries-old olive groves.

If the northwestern Piedmont advertises the Slow Food way of life, then the southeastern Apulia epitomizes and thus also the figurehead for the typical Mediterranean cuisine. Typical Apulian pasta specialties include orecchiette (dt. Ears) and the cavatelli. La Puglia but also the giant among the Italian wine producer (Primitivo di Puglia, Salice Salentino, Negroamaro, etc.). Olive oils and wines are popular Urlaubssouvernirs. To purchase you can visit one Enoteca which has usually over a wide range or a cantina directly in the cities either. The proud 800 kilometers that line Puglia fantastic coastline, are equally to fishing and thus for fantastic dishes from the seafood cuisine. Whether zuppa di pesce, fresh calamari salad creations with exquisite pasta shells or crabmeat, au gratin cozze (mussels) or grilled Mediterranean fish with herb sauce, there's something for every taste. Puglia is simply the mecca of Mediterranean cuisine.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

  • 5 of 5

Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

  • 5 of 5
