Apartment, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-3)

Convenient and cozy best describes our modern, newly renovated one-bedroom apartment in a stylish part of the 15th arrondissement just off rue du Commerce.

All new furnishings include a stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave/convection oven, washer/dryer, small appliances and cookware. WI FI equipped as well.

Luxury linens are provided for the queen bed in the bedroom, convertible bed in the living room and bath. See interior photos on the Floor Plan page of our Paris Apt website.

Dining options include a table and chairs or the breakfast bar and stools. The leather couch is plush and comfy. Another great feature is the oversized shower in the bathroom.

The apartment is located on the rez de chaussez level and has lots of windows and light. There are high ceilings and both the living room and bedroom have ceiling fans for those rare occasions they might be utilized.

The neighborhood is filled with wonderful nearby shops, markets and restaurants in a quartier known for its gardens and squares. Neighborhood info is available on our Paris Apt website.

With the Seine and Eiffel Tower within walking distance and the metro and several popular bus lines only a block away, the city of lights awaits your exploration. Check our Paris Apt website link below for availability.

The Paris Apartment is truely a wonderful place. What makes this rental stand out is the attention to detail given by the owners Donna and Mark. Everything and anything you could possibly need on your vacation is there. The apartment is well equiped, and having WiFi and a clothes washer was very important to us. The apartment is comfortable, the neighborhood charming and the metro yards away. Everything was so convenient. Donna leaves instructions on the apartment and is available to respond to questions promptly. She goes the extra mile to make sure her guests will feel at home and have a great stay. I can not recommend this place enough and hope to return. Merci!

MARVELOUS APARTMENT WITH AMERICAN STANDARD FACILITIES

We found Donna and Mark(owners) so friendly and accomodating.The location,quiet neighborhood,easy access to the metro,bakery,open market make it ideal for a place away from home.The free telephone
is another bonus.I would recomend this Paris apartment to anybody.

Thank you for allowing us to enjoy Paris from the home base of your gorgeous apartment. My sister and I enjoyed walking the streets lit with Christmas decorations. Everything we did, from museums to the wine tasting and cooking classes, was incredible. Thanks again.

Wonderful Paris Apartment

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful apartment. It was very clean, well stocked and located in a great neighborhood. With the Metro a two minute walk away, we were able to get anywhere we wanted in about 10-15 minutes. Donna was fabulous to work with and went above and beyond with her helpful suggestions on where to shop and things to see. I have recommended this space and will continue to recommend it to anyone who is looking for a wonderful space in Paris. I look forward to staying in it again.

We had a wonderful time in Paris and really loved your apartment. You've created a really relaxing and welcoming space, and it was a pleasure to come back to it each night.
