It offers a gorgeous 180 degree view overlooking multiple lakes with a fountain, waterfalls, and fairways. The Santa Rosa Mountains are spectacular and are viewed from the living room, dining room, patio, kitchen, & master bedroom. This unit has been professionally upgraded and decorated in a contemporary style. Master bedroom has a TV. The family room has a sofa, TV with DVD. The living room has a large sitting area, with built-in stereo speakers, mirrored wet bar and a granite fireplace. Amenities include a new gas BBQ, umbrella patio furniture, chaise lounges, a updated kitchen, beautiful bedding with 500+ thread linens. Spectacular lakeside pool and heated spa just steps away. This condo had a beautiful view of the golf course. Palm Valley is a very nice community and my husband enjoyed the golfing. The condo was well-supplied and maintained. The bedrooms were upstairs. The owner was very friendly and available by phone if we had any questions and gave us recommendations on what to do and where to eat.
