Davenport, a resort community, is minutes from Disney and Championship Golf courses. You are only 1 exit from the Disney entrance off the I-4. SeaWorld, Universal and all Orlando has to offer is right up the freeway. You will be to Disney in minutes and back to the rest and seclusion of your villa just as swiftly. The home resides in a conservation area, which means there can be no development behind the home and you can enjoy the view and the privacy of not having backyard neighbors, just you and nature. A full service grocery store with bakery and deli is on the route back from Disney. The vicinity includes Pizza Place, Chinese food a donut shop and more are across the street from the grocery with a Pharmacy that remains open until midnight. Several championship golf courses are immediately available and will provide a challenge for those up to Parr.

Tempur Pedic & Premium Bedding: After a fun-filled day at the parks or golfing at one of the many area courses you will feel pampered as you drift off to dreamland on Premium bedding. All guest rooms are appointed with Premium bedding from Tempur-Pedic or Kingsdown. Tempur-Pedic, the Swedish memory foam mattress, recognized by NASA and the Arthritis Foundation is in three of the guest rooms. Tempur-Pedic is the #1 premium bed in the nation but unless you stay in a luxury hotel I doubt you will find it at other vacation homes. The alternative choice in the Cape May room (green room) is Kingsdown bedding. With over 100 years of bedding innovation their motto is, “the better you sleep, the better you will live.” No matter what room you choose, you will wake up relaxed, refreshed, and ready for the next adventure! Some rentals see bedding as secondary but we feel, since a good rest starts your day, that it is a primary concern.

Attractions and Golf: Davenport, Florida is home to world renowned golf including Champions Gate, Highlands Reserve, Deers Creek, Ridgewood Lakes Golf and Country Club and of course, Providence. Many world renowned golf courses are nestled within the conservation areas of Davenport. Davenport can be a great way to enjoy the links but if you plan to travel with family, Davenport and our vacation home in FL is an excellent choice for all to enjoy the trip. You will be minutes from the links of Providence, Champions Gate and Highlands Reserve. Your family will be shaking hands with Mickey just as you tee off! Why not have both? This house was nicer than our own and had better mattresses! The owner and management company were great to work with, so accommodating and helpful. It was everything they said it would be and more: Fully stocked kitchen, linens and towels, laundry and dish soap, plus all the great extras, like PS3 and the game room. It was so close to Disney World and no traffic! We loved coming back to this beautiful space after a long day in the parks. It was so nice to take a swim before bed or put our feet up and watch the big screen TV. And those Tempur-Pedic mattresses! Ahhhh. Sometimes I hated to get out of bed. The whole family loved this place and we hope to go back someday. Thanks!

This Villa became PART of your vacation!

We had all of Orlando at out fingertips (and we enjoyed it) but it was so nice to have comfortable home to return to. The 5 of us usually have to sqeeeeeeze in to one room. My Daughter is a teenager and, instead of sleeping on a cot like we rent at hotels, she had her own private room. It always takes her longer to get ready in the morning but this trip she was waiting for us! I loved being the NICE mom on this vacation. The pool was perfect. At night my husband and I relaxed in the spa. I could never do that in a hotel because I could not leave the kids alone. The pictures of the home did not do it justice. The home had everything we needed to eat in and that brought our costs down as well. We spent less money this trip. It really was a perfect vacation and this"villa" was the reason! Bravo! Bravo! Bravo!

Perfect for families of 5 or more!

We loved this house! It is only a 10 minute drive to the park. Note that parking is $14.00 per day plus rental car, but it is WELL worth it to have your own space - with 4 bedrooms, a great kitchen & dining room, washer/dryer, & your own pool.

We were not all crammed into a hotel room and the house is in immaculate condition and beautifully decorated. We used the pool every day and the kids didn't want to leave!

This home was close to Disney but off the beaten path which was great! The home is beautiful - better than any vacation rental I have seen before. Very clean, well maintained. Owner was absolutely wonderful & easy to deal with. Management company was very on top of it and very quick to respond to the two requests for information that we had. We will definitely rent this home for our next Disney vacation. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME!!!

The Perfect Place for this Big Family

This villa was everything the pictures showed it was and more, simply perfect! We had a nice view. There was no big house looming over us- nice trees and nature. The rooms were clean, good size (it seemed the masters were as big as a hotel room, with walk-in showers), well decorated. The boys laughed when they saw the Dalmatian room (I saved it as a surprise)! And our teens we felt would be too "mature" for the western room-we were wrong. We cooked at home all 5 nights and never said, "Darn, we need this to cook that." The kitchen was fully stocked with nice quality cooking items. We use to rent a room at a hotel, but never again. When my twins were born it made us 6 and with my parents (who love to take care of the twins) 8. I could never have asked my parents along without a home this size. For the price of one nice room we had 4 bedrooms. Some days my parents stayed at home and played with the boys in the spa (with the heat turned off it made a nice play area for the kids). For the price of a hotel room we were able to put the kids to bed in their own room and say good night to my parents. We also liked the security of an alarm system at night. It was also great to have a manager to call! One day at the parks, the boys got tired and wanted to "go home." I explained that home was miles and miles away by that big plane. But then they said, "No spotty room." I think they liked the house as much as the mouse. So did I! I hope we can come back!
