Delightful home from home, definitely recommend

My husband, two boys (12 and 9) and I have just returned from the wonderful Royal Ridge Drive property. From start to finish the extremely helpful owner made our booking and stay at our Disney character home very straight forward and exceptionally comfortable! The simple things, but obviously essential in the August Florida heat were much appreciated! Giant American fridge freezer (crushed ice or chunks?!), swimming pool and spa (bubbling and heated if needed?!), en-suite bathrooms to spacious main bedrooms (walk in wardrobe?! - which one would you like to use?!) Air - conditioning was "COOL"(!!) The Playstation 3 was greatly appreciated by our boys as a repreive from the Florida sunshine, as was the alternative traditional "games room" with a great choice of pool/air hockey/table football/table tennis. A brilliant library of DVD's, books and other board games showed that Victor has thought of everything! The hints of Disney were lovely - our youngest particularly liked his Toy Story bedroom and enjoyed having a queensized bed to himself (we may have to upgrade at home as a result!) All rooms were a great size, very clean and well maintained, tempurpedic beds a blessing after a hard day at the parks. We made good use of the laundry cupboard and having an enormous washing machine and dryer meant we were able to keep the towels clean and dry after swimming in our own pool,home from home (apart from the pool!) Location from Disney was ideal for us, being close to a lovely local patch of water and woodland meant we were able to spot a local friendly heron, amazing butterflies and lizards large and small - up close and different to the Florida we were encountering on most days - quiet and extremely relaxing on our chosen "days of rest". Thank you so much for a wonderful, unforgettable all-American vacation - we are missing the sunshine and everything else this home has to offer when you are away from home. We did leave a "universal travel adaptor" for the next Brits to use if required - my thanks to Victor for answering his phone at 10pm on a Sunday evening and tracking down an all night store which had one of these for sale - the camcorder and camera would have missed the Magic Kingdom without your help!
