A few kilometers away from the typical medieval town of Lucignano is this impressive villa with dependance, which are both excellent examples of the typical Tuscan farmhouse in the Chiana Valley. The building overlooks the valley are, by a large gep egten garden with tables, chairs, umbrellas and a private swimming pool surrounded (6.5 x 14 m, depth 0.80 to 2.40 m, water treatment with salt).
