The cottage is located on the garden plot of a business property in a single and multi-family housing development within walking distance from the center Karlshorst away.

The house has two living rooms, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two kitchens in each case on the ground floor and 1st OG, which were completely removed from March to August 2012.
