This waterfront property comfortably sleeps four, including spacious living room, dining area and kitchen, with all major appliances including washer/dryer. For boating/fishing enthusiasts enjoy the 50 foot dockage just steps from the back door, with just 2 minute ride to the open Atlantic and Florida Key’s National Marine Sanctuary. For those landlubbers, spend the day relaxing in a hammock under the Tiki Hut. Plenty of nearby attractions, including beach, bars, restaurants, movie theatre, bowling, shopping centers, Bird Sanctuary, and Theatre of the Sea dolphin encounter. Approximately 1.5 hour drive from Key West or Miami International Airport.
