Rooms: In the entrance area there is a hallway with an illuminated walk-in closet. From the hallway you can reach the studio and the bathroom. In the studio there is an old Berlin style living room, a kitchenette with 4-burner electric stove, sink and fridge as well as coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A flat screen TV (42 inches) with multimedia function, Smart TV and games invite you in the evenings for a cosy get-together.
A couch with 2 armchairs, a coffee table, a vitrine, a bar with integrated freezer - everything in the Art Nouveau style (late 19th century), a floor lamp, a ceiling chandelier in old Berlin style, a wall clock and a beautiful old Golf Pack give the visitor the feeling that you are in the 19th century in this historic corner of Berlin. The room can be dimmed medium high with blinds attached to the inside of the 3 windows.
The floor is covered with laminate. With the window open street noise can be heard slightly.
There is a double bed (1.4m x 2.0m) in the studio, which can be combined if necessary with an extra bed (0.9m x 1.8m), 2 bedside tables and 2 bedside lamps.
Green courtyard for shared use:
The green courtyard has a covered terrace. There is a bicycle rack, a table and 6 chairs there.
The yard can be illuminated in the evening.

Our apartment Vincent van Gogh Vincent newly renovated in 2013 in old Berlin style is located close to the TV tower, the tallest building in Germany and very near to Hackescher Markt.
Museum Island, Berlin Cathedral, Alexanderplatz, banks of the River Spree, Hackescher Markt (open on Thursdays and Saturdays) and Reichstag are walkable within max 5 minutes.
The city’s historic downtown (founded 775 years ago), the boulevard 'unter den Linden' with its world-renowned attractions (Brandenburg Gate, Gandarmenmarkt, Staatsoper, Humboldt University, Berlin Cathedral and the resurgent Berlin City Palace), can all be reached on foot (15 minutes), with bicycle (7 minutes) or with the public transport (suburban train 1 station from Hackescher Markt).
The Berlin flair with galleries, music pubs, bars, boutiques and small restaurants for all budgets can be experienced here, all very nearby (100m).
It is the most iconic and the most historic corner of Berlin. Purely feels like being in a big city!!
