This beautiful house is situated near the picturesque fishing village of Gumusluk in Bodrum peninsula (Turkish Aegean). It has approx. 140 m² living space on 400 m², it is located in a cottage area, located at the end of a dead-end street 1 kitchen (20 sqm), 1 living room, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, 3 Terrace 1 Terrace ground floor, 1 terrace with winter garden in the center, an intimate not visible sunny roof terrace with shower The house has several floors. Each terrace has a stunning sea view (as well as nearly all land areas) The central terrace is developed as a winter garden with an electric fireplace. For the comforts provide 5 air conditioners and 2 Satelitenschlüsseln (Astra and Hotbird), 4 with a German television program, Solar water. All living rooms are equipped with elaborate ceiling piece works in pastel colors, including color-graded curtains. Booked in the months of July and August only as a 3-week block
Car: recommended

The property is about 120m above sea level with a very wide view of the island of Kalymnos. The garden on the hillside is almost heavenly. See banana, lemon, fig, jasmine, Buganvilien and palms. To the night guarded settlement has its own sandy beach about 1 km. It runs regularly Siedlungsbus the beach or on different days and at different markets. Approx. 400 meters from the house there are 2 small shops and a large Migros supermarket. A natural harbor, bars, ATMs, shops can be reached in approximately 3 km in Gumusluk. Bodrum is located 23 km away. Bodrum is open 24 hours and you can buy anything in Bodrum there are several home improvement stores and the metro. Golf: 9 hole Bodrum, Milas 18 holes / Mugla 40 km
