The newly furnished apartment in a central location in the Maxvorstadt goes over 2 floors in the 1st and second Floor of a well-kept apartment house. On the first floor there is a kitchen, bathroom and a spacious and bright room with a large window area. On the second floor, which is accessed via a spiral staircase, is the master bedroom with balcony and other windows. A new kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom and tasteful decor make for a relaxing stay.
Car: not necessary

The 1-2 bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in the Maxvorstadt, on the edge of Schwabing and the historic city of Munich. A car is not necessary! With good transport links with buses and nearby subway can be reached within 10 minutes of the picture galleries and renowned museums. All Einkaufsmögilchkeiten and restaurents and bars can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Ideally Stanort to all visits to the events at the Olympic Stadium, Theresienwiese and the English Garden. The peri-urban leisure recreation areas can be easily reached by public transport.
