The apartment is situated on Veersemeer, outside of the village Arnemuiden overlooking the marina Oranjeplaat. The Veersemeer forms the northeastern boundary of the peninsula Walcheren in Zeeland. The apartment @ Jachthaven Oranjeplaat is the ideal location for cyclists, joggers and water sports enthusiasts. Extensive North Sea beaches in Zoutelande, West Chapel, Domburg, Oostkapelle Vrouwenpolder and numerous other locations on the peninsula Walcheren. 12 km from the beach of Vrouwenpolder is easily accessible by bicycle. The path leads through the picturesque village of Veere, which is certainly among the most beautiful cities in the Netherlands. Culture and museums can be found next to Veere, in Middelburg, Goes and Antwerp. For children there are many indoor and outdoor attractions, but often the good things are too close: in front of the house, children can catch crabs, swans feed or do during the summer months only 500 meters from a sailing course, while you harbor your eyes over the to wander. The region of Walcheren, incidentally the most sunshine hours in the Netherlands, but not in summer a trip.
