Loved our Stay

Wow! Absolutely loved everything about our stay in this beautiful loft during April 2014. It features an enormous terrace from which to watch the mesmerizing, ever-changing views of Devil’s Peak and Table Mountain. Its hip, modern interior is very roomy, beautifully-scaled, well-lit, and tastefully furnished. Its location puts a huge array of shops, eateries, pubs, clubs, museums and local attractions (Company Gardens, Greenmarket Square, etc.) within easy walking distance. The owners are charming and gracious couple who were delightful to work with in making the arrangements. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Marvelous In-Town Apartment

We loved this trendy apartment - ultra mod loft with contemporary furnishings, lots of room and great views. The bedrooms are comfortable and well furnished. The master bath upstairs is an open design with toilet, showers (2), jacuzzi tub and sinks in the same well lighted space. The bath is partially open to the bedroom as well. The views of Table Mountain and downtown are very nice - quite a panorama. The kitchen was functional - but could use a bit more thought. There was a washer - but no dryer. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would do it again.

This was the best place for people who want to just relax in the middle of everything, every morning opening up those huge glass doors just made you feel like you were outside all day! The great kitchen and then we could walk or cab it anywhere in the morning!....very very centrally located....Studio 2 loft is the best and im gonna come back, the view is to die for!

Endlessly fascinating views

This is a really stunning apartment, with a wonderful high ceiling and a beautiful design that retains a gritty industrial feeling while still being modern and luxurious. But the real star is the view from the terrace over Devil's Peak, part of Table Mountain. This changes not just from day to day but from hour to hour. It was magnificent to look out at it at breakfast lunch and dinner and in the evening watch the bank of clouds pouring over the rim.

The location is excellent with a great selection of shops cages and restaurants nearby. Generous parking is a bonus. The owners are very kind and helpful and made us extremely welcome.

Es geht nicht besser

Im Dezember haben wir 9 Tage in diesem trendigen Loft verbracht. Die sehr netten Vermieter haben uns in der Wohnung begrüßt und alles erklärt. Das Loft liegt in der 2. Etage und ist über einen kleinen Aufzug von der Garage aus bequem zu erreichen. Die Lage dieser stylisches Wohnung kann nicht besser sein. Die angesagtesten Bars, Restaurants und Cafés sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ausflüge zum Tafelberg, der Waterfrond, ins Weinland oder dem Kap sind problemlos vom zentral gelegenen Loft aus zu machen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Mehr als genug Platz für 4 Personen. Modern und edel. Alles super sauber und gepflegt. Reinkommen, Koffer auspacken und sofort wohlfühlen. Besonders das obere offene Schlafzimmer mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank und dem offenen Bad ist nicht zu toppen. Die großzügige Terrasse mit Blick auf den Tafelberg macht ein Frühstück im morgentlichen kapstädter Sonnenlicht perfekt und lädt zum Relaxen nach einem Stadtbummel ein. Deutsches Fernsehen und Internet runden den überaus positiven Eindruck ab. Die äußerst zuvorkommenden Vermieter haben uns mit Insidertips versorgt, die in keinem Reiseführer zu finden sind. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mehr als genossen und möchten uns auf diesem Weg bei Herrn und Frau Hartmann recht herzlichen bedanken, dass wir ihr traumhaft schönes Loft mieten durften. Wir kommen wieder.

Stylish wohnen im Zentrum

Die Wohnung wurde uns von den sehr freundlichen Vermietern persönlich übergeben. Alles wurde erklärt und auch das Thema nicht ausgelassen. Obwohl in dieser Gegend eigentlich unnötig, ist der Sicherheitsstandard des Gebäudes sehr hoch. Sehr zu schätzen wußten wir den Parkplatz im Gebäude. Wir konnten von hier aus die Umgebung von Kapstadt erkunden und außerdem ist es sehr angenehm, wenn man nach einem Kneipenbummel entlang der Long Street nicht mehr fahren muss. Das sehr gut ausgestattete Loft hat eine ausgefallene Architektur und auch zu viert ist wirklich Platz genug. Es hat uns gut gefallen.
Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder.
