This house is minutes from Santa's Village and Six Gun City and comes with full linens, kitchen appliances, dish settings for 16, washer & dryer, cable TV, VCR/DVD, stereo, pool table, Foosball table, basketball hoop and a sandbox for little ones. The outdoor pool is heated and open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Hike, ski, fish, snowmobile or ATV. Come relax and unwind. EFFECTIVE September 1, 2009 - 5 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.

Outdoor Activities: SKIING - Bretton Woods, Cannon Mt., Wildcat Mt., are all 30-45 minutes away. Sunday River and Attitash/Bear are approximately 1 hour away. Cross country skiing in Jefferson and in Gorham. SNOWMOBILING - The corridor trails are 1/2 mile from the house. Just ride down the road. ATV - Jericho ATV park is 1/2 hour away. Groveton/North Stratford trails are also about 1/2 hour away. HIKING/CLIMBING - The white mountains are everywhere. Just pick a trial and hike. Climbing on Cannon Mt and on Mt Washington also are nearby. FISHING - The Israel river is a 5 minute walk. The Ammonoosuc and Conneticut rivers are nearby as well as many small streams, lakes and ponds.

Other Activities: snowmobile/ATV trails, Weeks State Park nearby, canoeing, 4 ski areas

We stayed at this home for 10 days this summer. First and foremost the views are incredible! You have a clear view of Mt. washington and the range. I have family that has lived in the white mountains for more than 30 years and they were even awe struck at the beauty of the property.

Now for the house...It is extremely clean, tons of room and the owners have made every effort to provide the comforts of home. The home is newer and the layout works well for a large group. There is rec room in the basement area with a pool table, ping pong and foosball, this was great for the kids during down time and on rainy days.

On the outside of the home there is a heated in-ground pool that faces the mountain range, this is where we spent most of our time while on the property. In addition the home is surrounded by woods, trails, and the whole property is located on a dead end road so complete privacy.

I can't say enough about this property and the owners were great to deal with. Our only hope is that it is available on our next visit, as we would not want to stay anywhere else.

gorgeous retreat in white mountains

This property is located on a dirt road with a view of the mountains that is absolutely breath taking. Imagine swimming in a heated pool and looking out over the mountain range.very quiet,very relaxing. everything fun to do is with in 45 minutes of house. wildcat mountain and the zip line, cog mountain railroad up to the top of mount washington, santas village and six gun city are just minutes away. Whales tale waterpark and clarks trading post in lincoln only 45 minutes away. and so many fun things to do at house. play pool,ping pong, fuseball, board games, and puzzles. There is room for the whole family in this house and set up wonderfully so the whole family can gather around the table for dinner. The house is very clean and the ownwers are wonderful to deal with.I highly recommend this property.
