Great apartment, Great location.
Loved this apartment . The neighborhood is very safe & family friendly. It’s walking distance to bakeries, a butcher, a grocery store and a 5 minute walk to the river with walking/bike paths. The Sbahn (subway/tube) is located close by.
The Marienplatz is an enjoyable 20/25 minute walk from the apartment. You will pass a number of charming shops, outdoor cafes, and a large farmers market. We felt very safe walking home late at night.
There’s a variety of excellent restaurants in the area. Having the internet was a definite plus. It enabled us to search for things to do, places to eat and to keep in touch with family at home.
Please note that there is no elevator so you must walk up 5 flights of stairs. This small inconvenience did not bother us in the least & we would definitely rent this apartment again.
Anna was wonderful to deal with. She was very quick to respond & answer all our questions. The apartment was spotless & the king size bed very comfortable. I would definitely rent this apartment again.
