If you enjoy the relaxed life style of southern Florida, Villa Catalina Isles is the perfect choice for you.

This charming villa has all the equipment and furnishing you would not want to live without during your holidays. Quiet, yet centrally located, only a few minutes from downtown Cape Coral, Villa Catalina Isles is located in a very good American neighbourhood.

The south facing pool deck allows you to enjoy Florida's sun while you cool down in the large pool. The landing pier also has sun loungers and chairs. This dreamy spot allows you to unwind and let your thoughts wander. You can rent boats at our local boat rental place in order to explore the islands and beaches of the Gulf of Mexico directly from our pier.

The house is very nicely furnished and equipped in a modern style. All three bedrooms have king size beds.

Golf courses

There is no other place in the world where golf is as popular as southwest Florida. Especially in the area around the Southwest Florida International Airport, there are more than 60 exceptional golf courses. They are reachable by car in 10 to 45 minutes' drive and offer endless options for golfers. Several of these golf courses were designed by legendary golf players Jack Nicholas and Arthur Hills and present a challenge for all levels of playing skills. The tropical atmosphere and the local plants and animals provide lovely diversion between tees.

From our very own landing pier, or from one of the marinas, you can quickly reach one of the enchanting islands or catch the biggest fish of your life. Tennis and scuba diving are incredibly popular in this region. Another favourite past time of the Floridians is, naturally, shopping. There are plenty of shops, shopping centres and outlet malls beckoning you to stop by. Should you want something other than steak from your own grill for you and your family, there are several excellent restaurants offering very diverse taste experiences.

  • In addition to the rental price, you will need to pay 5 % tourist tax and 6 % sales tax. The final cleaning is for a cost of 125 $ plus 11 % taxes. Electricity as part of normal use is included in the rent. You have free access to wireless internet. Payment via credit card in US dollars is possible. We ask for a deposit of Euro 300, payable to a German bank account.

Notes: The holiday home contains everything you might need. There is a large flat screen television with sound equipment in the living room on the 1st floor. The master bedroom also has a flat screen television. You can find a CD-player with an iPod docking station and wireless internet. The kitchen is newly renovated and equipped with everything a cook could require for preparing the perfect holiday meal. The terrace is wonderfully large and equipped with plenty of furniture to sit and lounge on. A large pool invites you to swim and play and a sun umbrella provides shade for those who have had enough sun. The view over the wide canal is amazing and you will watch the most impressive sunsets here.
