There is no cleaning service available as this is not a hotel. This is an actual townhouse that I own and rent out. THE PROPERTY MUST BE LEFT IN THE EXACT CONDITIONS AS WHEN YOU RECEIVED IT (CLEAN).

IMPORTANT NOTES:: 1. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. 2. NO Smoking Allowed. 3. No Pets Allowed: We will ONLY allow SMALL pet dogs & cats if they weigh 20 lbs or less. There will be an additional charge for small pets. Charge: NON REFUNDABLE one time flat fee of $150.00 which is paid upfront. If there are damages to the property caused by the animal we will discount the repairs and/or replacements from the security deposit. 4. DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE IF 2 OR MORE MONTHS ARE RENTED! 5. Golf: Golf Courses at Sun N' Lake. There are 2 golf courses that pertain to the Sun 'N Lake golf community. 'Deer Run' which one of its fairways runs through our backyard and 'Turtle Run' which is also nearby. It is not difficult at all to get tee times. Simply call the Sun 'N Lake Golf Club at (863) 385-4830 to schedule tee times. The golf club runs several specials. Here are some that they are currently running (call to check updates). Special #1: $19 dollars plus tax per person for 18 holes and a bucket of balls. Special #2: If tee time is 3PM or later, $15 dollars plus tax per person for 18 holes and a bucket of balls. Special #3: Tuesdays & Sundays, 2 for the price of 1. Special #4: $25.00 plus tax for all day access to the Driving Range and Clubs. (18 Holes of Golf not included!) URGENT!!!
