The living room has: HD 42 inch LCD flat panel TV, DVD player, stereo system with wall recessed speakers. On the top floor with vaulted ceilings and expansive panoramic floor to ceilings windows. Low voltage mood lighting all on dimmers.

There are two decks one faces the ocean and the other faces the city hills and evening lights. Ocean front living at its finest. They are both views that are breathtaking and panoramic.
This turnkey home is ready for immediate move in. All household items, pots pans, utensils, glassware, dishes, linens, towels, are included. All you need is your clothes and toothbrush.
Complex amenities: Private entrance to beach, great club house with pool table, three swimming pools, spas, sauna, and tennis courts. Lush landscaped common grounds.
Included in the rental fee: high definition TV Cox cable, ultra high speed internet, local telephone and electric. TVs in every room.
Reserve now for the 2014 summer season and the rest of the year. All weekly rental rate plus City of Solana Beach 13% city tax (no tax on monthly rentals). One time move out cleaning fee per rental ($150) plus $75 reservation fee.

This area is a very quiet and lush coastal area in southern California. Absolutely everything you might want or need is within walking distance. Our complex is gated, safe and well managed which will insure great leisure vacation time.
In many properties so close to the ocean cell phones don't work well or at all. You will have great cell phone service as our property sits at the highest point in the complex.
We had a fantastic stay at this Seascape Sur condo. The owners were very helpful when booking and so was the staff at the real estate/property management office. When we picked up the keys we were given a starter pack of supplies like paper towels and dishwasher tabs which was nice. The condo was immaculate, very spacious (you can't really tell this from the pictures!) and comfortable. We were especially happy to have beach chairs, boogie boards and a beach umbrella for our use. There were plenty of linens and towels as well which was great. You can see and hear the ocean from the living area and the sunset from the upper deck was spectacular. Even the view from the front of the condo was beautiful and we were able to see hot air balloons in the early evening throughout the week. There was a lifeguard stand at the beach right in front of the development's stairs. The condo development was within easy walking distance to restaurants and the Cedros design district. Don't miss the Sunday Farmers' market and the Beach Grass cafe. We would get take out breakfast from the Beach Grass Cafe and enjoy it at the condo. We also loved Parioli Italian restaurant. We found the Solana Beach location perfect to return to after a day of sightseeing in the San Diego area (throughout the week we visited the zoo, the USS Midway, Balboa Park, Coronado, La Jolla Cove and Point Loma) and enjoyed a couple of days just staying at the condo to enjoy the beach and the pool. If you are nervous to rent during the summer months without a/c, it was very cool in the mornings and evenings and got chilly so it wasn't an issue. There were a lot of stairs throughout the condo development and to get to the beach. My daughter is a runner and took advantage of this by running the stairs in the morning. We look forward to returning!
My family of four (wife and a 2 1/2 year son and 10 month old daughter) just returned from a week's stay at this condo and could not have been more pleased. I was impressed with everyone I interacted with before actually arriving at the condo which put my mind at ease in renting over the internet. The owner's (Jay) passion for the condo, nearby activities and restaurants was contagious. He answered all our questions. I was equally impressed by the property manager, Muriel, who is a wealth of knowledge on San Diego county. She provided us with a nice gift bag upon arrival and spent a lot of her own time explaining all the details of the condo, nearby restaurants and things to do. She even provided us with her cell phone number on her days off as a local concierge.
The condo is beautiful. You can see and hear the ocean on the west balcony of the condo and view the entire town of Solana Beach and Del Mar on the east side. The beach is just a staircase away down the bluffs to the sand and ocean. The owner provided everything needed to sit on the beach with chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, and beach towels. There was even sunscreen for us all.
The condo has all the newest amentities. The countertops appear to be granite, stainless steel appliances, flat screen TV's, travertine showers, and a state of the art entertainment system and wi-fi connection. The condo is also well laid-out with the master and secondary bedroom along with two full baths, a laundry room, and balcony on the first floor. On the second floor there is a a third bedroom, large living room, kitchen, dining room, 1/2 bath and balcony. This location is perfect for visiting everything from L.A. down to San Diego. We took our kids to the SD zoo, Sea World, Coronado Island, La Jolla, Carlsbad, etc and everything was within a 20 minute drive. Don't hesitate to stay here! Book it and enjoy it as much as we did. Can't wait to return.....Chris

The only comment for some folks is there lots of stairs involved. from garage to place,up to unit,duplex,down to pool and especially down to the beach ( below the bluff). Even with this said, unless you have real mobility issues it will be worth the effort, And besides, you can get in shape while being on vacation.
I would recommend this property and hope we can return next year.
( Oh by the way, expect some "June gloom" but its ok . )
