Fully furnished apartment for 2 adults and 1-2 small children

Our newly built, opened in September 2012 Apartment invites you to relax for a, relax or even for active holidays. Our house is located between Tegernsee and Schliersee. The apartment is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200), which can be pushed during the day with roles in a niche, so that the living room is very spacious. There is also a children's sleeping cave (140 x 200). If necessary, nor can a child travel bed can be placed. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. The whole apartment has underfloor heating. It is also available on a south-facing balcony where you can have breakfast in the morning sunshine. From 7 shops 00 clock in the morning, there are 500 meters away.

The apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 1-2 children (maximum 16 years) right next to the property is a private community playground. The city of Munich can be reached in an hour by car or train.
