Our two-bedroom, bungalow-style condo offers you the cool and restful pleasure of Florida-style furnishings, with full modern kitchen facilities and a washer and dryer. There are two bathrooms (including one en-suite), a private patio yard with a table and chairs, full air-conditioning, cable TV, DVD and a VCR. And there is full on-site security. The condo is close to the resort swimming pool and tennis courts. And it's situated right by the famous 192 which boasts all the best shops, restaurants, and cinema complexes within less than one mile. A short drive will take you to any of the theme parks. And the Space Coast (Kennedy Space Center) and the Gulf Coast are both less than one hour away.

It was wonderful staying in such a clean, quiet and relaxing home away from home. Thanks John & Jim for making our family vacation even better with such a fantastic place to stay! My family and I really enjoyed the pool and how close it was to our condo was yet another enhancement to our vacation. We enjoyed being able to come home after a day of sun and fun and relax at the pool while our children enjoyed themselves in the pool. Thanks again and we look forward to our next visit.

Thanks for letting us stay at your condo. It was a pleasure staying there. It was so clean and confortable. It felt like a home away from home. We were so close to the attractions and everything else we needed. It was so much more than I expected it to be. I purchased a tabletop BBQ grill during my stay and it was a pleasure leaving it there for future guests. Staying there will definitely be my motivation for homeownership.

Our second visit to this condo in October 2003 was wonderful. We have stayed at most of John & Jim's places and never been diappointed. A true home away from home, ideally located and beautifully appointed we could not have been happier. Also it allowed us to 'play' at living in the US and try lots of dishes and foods from the conveniently placed supermarkets!!
We will be back, in fact we have booked for April 2004!!

We were delighted with our stay at 2212 Margarita Court, Caribbean Villas, for 10 days in February 2003. When we opened the front door and walked in, it was immediately perfect. Just restored, the condo was light and airy, immaculate, tastefully decorated, and the new accessories included everything one would need. The washer and dryer, private patio, great storage space, and quietness of the complex were pluses. The two bedrooms each with its own full bath and closets in-between make for privacy. And the mattresses were great—the best we have slept on during our vacations. Caribbean Villas’ location makes it easy to get to all the parks, attractions, and shopping centers around Orlando. We cannot speak more highly of our stay here, would recommend it, and hope to enjoy this pleasant experience again in the future. Phillip and Lucretia Meeth, Kalamazoo, Michigan
