Sebago lake house includes: 3 bedrooms, a futon, and pullout queen sleep sofa, large deck and grill, house is 40 feet from the water, 120 foot private sandy beach, house is in a cove (safe for kids swimming) with a big lake view that opens up into the main lake. House comes with a long dock for a boat or jetski and two moorings. Flat screen and cable TV, wireless internet, full kitchen, gas fed wood stove. 30 minutes to skiing at Shawnee Peak, 45 minutes to Sunday River. 40 feet from water.

Great for kids and swimming while still having a big lake view. Parking for 4 cars, Located less than a mile from the Frye Island Ferry. Mooring for boat as well as large dock for boats and water toys.

Beach: One of the nicest beaches on all of Sebago. No need to share it with a community or anyone else. 120 feet of sandy beach and sandy walk in for kids. Long dock for boat or jet ski as well as two moorings. Great for kids and dogs!

New House : House is a modern house with all new furniture, beds, kitchenware, and carpet put in in 2006. Wireless internet, flat screen TV, Bose surround sound, and great deck with gas grill for cooking and hanging out to watch the beach and sunrise.

Exclusive Area: Raymond Cape is one of the most exclusive areas on the lake. You will not be surrounded by thousands of people and tons of noise.
