Beach: One of the nicest beaches on all of Sebago. No need to share it with a community or anyone else. 120 feet of sandy beach and sandy walk in for kids. Long dock for boat or jet ski as well as two moorings.
New House : House is a modern house with all new furniture, beds, kitchenware, and carpet put in in 2006. Wireless internet, flat screen TV, Bose surround sound, and great deck with gas grill for cooking and hanging out to watch the beach and sunrise.
Exclusive Area: Raymond Cape is one of the most exclusive areas on the lake. You will not be surrounded by thousands of people and tons of noise.
Ski: Shawnee Peak is 30 minutes from the house and Sunday River is 45 minutes away
Golf: Point Sebago Golf Resort is 10 minutes up the road and Frye Island is less than a mile from the house and they have a golf course as well.
