Located in the heart of the Coachella Valley, La Quinta is the perfect place to vacation. Nestled up against the Santa Rosa mountains, La Quinta offers amazing views with incredible sunrises and sunsets. Whether you are coming to golf, check out the Coachella music festival, attend a wedding, hang out for spring break, thaw out from a cold winter or get away from the June gloom on the coast-you won't be disappointed.

Our unit is the perfect compliment to your needs. Why stay in a hotel when you can have the comforts of home for virtually the same price. The property is newly constructed, clean, safe and quiet. Our lower unit comes fully furnished with a complete kitchen, large living room, bedroom and bathroom. It's the ideal accommodation for a family vacation or for a couple wanting a getaway retreat.

This property is built around an Embassy Suites Hotel and Spa. Quests will have access to services offered by the hotel such as room service, restaurant, Spa and Gym.

Across the street with in walking distance you will find Old Town La Quinta with an array of shops and restaurants to choose from. Also close by are two parks as well as a shopping center with all of the amenities.

Once again, a great place to stay!

This was our second year in a row, staying in the exact same condo unit. The owner has always been most accomodating with our direct questions. Only a couple set backs this year, we didn't have internet for a couple of days at the beginning of our stay because Time Warner made changes to the service, However after the owner spent a couple of hours on the phone with T.W.,it got resolved. Kind of disappointed with the T.V.s in the unit as they haven't been upgraded to flat screens as yet, but apparently that change is in the works. Also the dishwasher is extremely loud & doesn't clean the dishes very well.

My husband & I had stayed in P.S's two years ago at the opposite end of the Cochella Valley, and have to say that we really found La Quinta to be the ideal location for our 1 month stay.
The condo was very clean, and well maintained, and both the management company and the owner were extremely accomodating dealing with any concerns we had. The restaurants in the area are many, and we even took in a Polo match not far from our condo. This condo's location is right next to the pool/spa and is ideal. The only draw backs if any, is that the condo association does not allow grilling outside the condo door, and there is not a prviate patio to sit at to have coffee in the morning. Also, there is no dining room table, so meals have to be taken at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. Overall, we loved it at this complex, quiet, beautiful grounds, and close to shopping.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Romantic Getaway
