Newly built in 2003, the Bungalow is located on top of Warrior Mountain, offering stunning and extensive views of South Carolina Piedmont. This home has all pine floors and pine ceilings and sleeps up to 6 comfortably. Located just 6 miles from I-26, which means shopping and entertainment are minutes away. This is truly a one of a kind home that must be visited. The Bungalow has 2 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and the family room has a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a 2nd queen size sleeper sofa located in the living room. Saluda and Tryon are located in Polk County, that are hosts to numerous antique shops; restaurants for everyone's palate; a winery; and many scenic attractions: Pearsons Waterfalls, Pacolet River, Foothills Equestrian Nature Center, Tryon Fine Art Center and lots of live entertainment. Nearby attractions include the Biltmore Estate, Blue Ridge Parkway, Brevard Music Center, Chimney Rock Park, and Lake Lure.

Relaxing Getaway-convenient to wonderful NC towns!

This home is set high above the town of Tryon, but is convenient to the shops and activities of Landrum, Tryon, Saluda, as well as Hendersonville and Asheville. It was a great weekend getaway for us because it was so close to Greenville and easy to find even though the roads to the house are small and winding. The bungalow is well furnished, the beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of room without feeling too spacious for two. The full wall windows in the upstairs bedroom and living room make it easy to view the spectacular sunrises that let you know how the road the bungalow is on got its name. Make sure to plan for lunch at Side Street Pizza and Pasta and a casual, but gourmet dinner at the Purple Onion in Saluda. We also took a side trip to Rock House Vineyards outside of Columbus, NC. What a great weekend!

Breathtaking is a mild term for the views in this place. Amazing and vertigo-inspiring - feel like you are on the side of a mountain - which you are. Well appointed kitchen, lovely bedrooms and tons of space. Great vacation spot.
