The cottage is fully furnished and features a living room, kitchen, bath, enclosed sleeping porch and deck overlooking the lake. In addition there is a detached bunk/guest house with single upper bed and double lower bed. The living area has a sofa bed and sleeping porch has a queen bed. Will sleep up to 6 people. Linens are provided. Fully equipped kitchen (including microwave), gas grill, fans. Fabulous lake views from main cottage and bunk house. Two canoes and a fourteen foot rowboat. Check in is Saturday 3 P.M. to Sunday 10 A.M.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Weekly Rental:
    Jun 15th to Sept. 15th ............ $850/week
    Apr to May 15th, Sept. 15th through Nov .. $700/week
    May 15th to June 5th $850 / Week
    Plus 9% Vermont sales Tax. $75 cleaning fee.
    Credit card payment accepted (2% additional fee)
    50% down (non- refundable) along with signed contract to reserve.
    Security/damage deposit of $250 / Weekly $150 / Nightly (refundable following site inspection).
    Total balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
    Nightly Rates Sept 15th to Nov. $150 per night 2 night minimum 4th night free
