The apartment is located in Kölblgasse 15 in the 3rd district of Vienna.

In a quiet side street, just a few minutes walk from the Belveder and

the Botanic Gardens and offers beautiful walks and jogging paths.

You will find numerous convenient shops and many typical cafes and pubs in the immediate surrounding.

Landstrasser Hauptstrasse (which offers a shopping centre, fashion shops, etc.)

can be reached by foot, otherwise you can also take

a short ride on the tram (Line 0, stop Koelblgasse).

Walking into the city centre takes approx. 15 minutes on foot or approx.

5 mins with the tram or S-Bahn (stop: Wien-Mitte).

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a residential block and offers a lift.

Close you find the following public transport bus or train stops:

Koelblgasse: tram O (for the city centre or to the Hauptbahnhof

Rennweg: S bahn S1, S2, S3, S7 (S bahn for the airport),

tram 71 (for Schwarzenbergplatz and for the Opera).

bathroom with bath tub, separate WC, kitchen with small dining area,

spacious and bright living room with dining area (pull-out table for up to six people),

pull-out sofa and separate 2nd sofa/chair. Spacious,

bright and tastefully furnished sleeping room with desk.

There is also the possibility to supply a cot or another single bed.

Both rooms have wooden (parkett) flooring.

Towels, bed and kitchen linen are included.

Additional:

SAT-TV, CD/radio, washing machine, dish washer,

vacuum cleaner, oven, coffee machine, plenty of china, cutlery and

Close to everything but quiet enough for relaxing

I stayed a week in this apartment and managed to see all of Vienna on a single bus pass. Only 1 block from the streetcar line and 3 blocked to the S-Bahn, the neighborhood has everything you will need. There are a couple of well stocked grocery stores, shops and restaurant/cafés. The apartment is clean, quiet, comfortable and well-equipped. It's close enough to the city center that you can stop back during lunch for a break and head back out in the afternoon without feeling like you are spending all your time in transit.

Great apartment!

We spent a few days with our son in Vienna. The apartment is very conveniently located and we managed to walk to most of the sights, but there is also a very comprehensive tram, bus and underground service in Vienna.
The apartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped, and we were very friendly received by the owner who has given us some good tips and general help to find our way around, as this was our first trip to wonderful Vienna.
We would definitely return!

Sehr empfehlenswert

Eine sehr schöne, geräumige und neurenovierte Wohnung in einem älteren Stadthaus, die genau der ausführlichen Beschreibung im Internet entspricht. Wir haben uns dort für 9 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist hervorragend, da man mit öffentliche Verkehrsmitteln sehr schnell in der Innenstadt ist und außerdem vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind.
Auch waren die Tipps, die wir bei der sehr netten Begrüßung erhalten hatten, sehr hilfreich. Der Vermieter war bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar.

Ein Tip für Fahrten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln: Wochenkarte für 15 Euro

Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.
