The location to the center, the shops (supermarkets) and connectivity are important to me. The size of the apartment is 2-3 times more than a hotel room and the apartment offers the possibility to wash and cook. Internet is guaranteed.
great place, very clean and comfortable, nice bed, internet usb provided for laptops (no wifi) recently renovated, good location with shops close by and easily accessible to all berlin sights by bus, modern kitchen with everything you need, quiet and safe neighbourhood. Be aware its up a long flight of stairs! But the hosts husband helped us with our bags- he was very nice but didn't speak much English so there was lots of hand gesturing but charming. Overall great place, amazing city, highly recommend!!!
The apartment is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The apartment is very nice, clean, modern and has everything you can ever need for a nice stay in Berlin. The bed is comfortable, the building is secure and very quiet. The metro is a short walk. We loved it and are looking forward to visiting again.
The apartment was really clean, completely new and hospitable. it had everything one would need for a few days in the city and more and the owner was really nice and helpful. The neighborhood was really quite, but still a short train ride away from every major spot in Berlin. we would definitely recommend this place to our friends.
Sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, die wir gerne wieder mieten werden. Trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhige Wohnung im DG. Und die Treppen in den 5. Stock ersparen das Fitnesscenter.
Wir waren über ein langes Wochenende in Berlin und in diesem wunderschönen Apartment. Es ist so gemütlich, geschmackvoll und sauber, dass es einem fast schwerfällt, wieder nach Hause zu fahren ;-). Dazu noch die zentrale Lage, mitten in einem typischen Berliner "Kiez" und trotzdem nah an den ganzen großen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Man ist sehr schnell am Ku-Damm oder Nollendorfplatz, und selbst zum Brandenburger Tor waren es fussläufig nur etwas mehr als 30 Minuten durch den sehr schönen Tiergarten und das Botschaftsviertel. Ich würde JEDERZEIT wieder hinfahren!!

The holiday apartment is located in a quiet street and offers beautiful views of a wooded area behind the house and a typical Berlin street in front.
The house itself is in very good condition and is occupied by middle-class families.
Excellent connection to the public transport system: The tube line U7 and the bus line 46 take you directly to the major sights and shops on the famous Kurfürstendamm. Of course, both are also easily reached on foot.
