Enjoy swimming in the private and beautifully landscaped pool, with jacuzzi or jump off the dock into the ocean. This home has a/c, washer and dryer, upper and lower outside decks to enjoy the ocean breeze and just relax. Perfect for family gatherings or for a group of adults. Supermarket is right up the street. Situated near Prince Cove Yacht Club which offers a public boat ramp for your boat. No need to worry where to keep your trailer and vehicle as your home is just around the corner. With access to Nantucket Sound you may want to cruise over to the islands of Nantucket or Marthas Vineyard!This is truly convenience and luxury on Cape Cod!

We could not have been happier with this rental. The location is ideal whether you want to sit around at home or go exploring. The home itself has all the comforts and amenities of a very well appointed upscale home. For anyone looking for a summer rental, this house has it ALL. We rented in the off-season so the pool was not open and it was too cold to sit out on the decks. By the way, the pictures don't begin to do the house justice. The views from one whole side of the house will take your breath away. The private courtyards and grounds are great for relaxing---we just wish we could have been here in the summer. Two thumbs up for this as a great vacation home.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

The house was beautiful. It was perfect for our two family get-away. The host was very accommodating and gave us dining ideas and other things to do in the area. It is in a great location to visit other towns on the cape. The pool and spa area was beautiful, the photos do not do it justice.
I would highly recommend this home to families who are looking for a little of everything. The kids fished and went crabing off the pier, you can stay at home and relax by the pool. Hyannis, Chatham, Providenctown and ferry to Marthas vineyard and Nantucket are all in a reasonable drive. Great vacation

This Cape house is as beautiful as the photo. Both decks look out onto the water: one upstairs off master and kitchen; another downstairs off a bedroom. Prince Cove is great; several herons (or egrets?) were there. You can jump in the water from the dock. Or, the pool is great. It's kidney-shaped, about 20+ feet with good landscaping and a table and chairs, nicer than it appears in the photo. The whirlpool is good too. Inside: the kitchen appliances are modern, most rooms have been updated, with a jacuzzi in a downstairs bath. Board games, 2 flat screen TVs. Nat gas grill on deck works well, and easy to use. Short drive to supermarket. Not far from beaches in Cotuit and elsewhere. Gated driveway. Privacy is pretty good. The owner is a nice guy; he lives nearby with family. We definitely recommend this place.

beautiful waterfront home with dock

This waterfront home is lovely. Everything inside is brand new, clean and sparkling. The pool area is terrific with exceptional gardens, and the deep water dock is perfect for your boat. (Easy access out to Vineyard Sound.) My family of five had a wonderful vacation.
