The villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, a dining room, a cloakroom, a bar, a living room, a security system, and an alarm system. Each room has spectacular views all the way to the horizon. The master-bedroom is equipped with a Bang & Olufsen-television and the living room has a Bose sound system. This allows you to listen to your favourite music from the pool terrace.

The guest house features 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a shower, and a bathroom, as well as a cloakroom. The guest house has a private pool and a separate entrance. So it's your choice how much time you want to spend with your guests...

There is an extra room with a shower between the villa and the guest house, in case your nanny or butler accompanies you.

The residence also features a home gym with Technogym-equipment.
