1 bedroom, 1 living room, for 2-3 persons

The 45 m² large, bright and stylish apartment is located in a quiet, central location in Graz. Both the Old Town, and the Graz exhibition center are just minutes away.

The barrier-free apartment is on the 3rd Floor of a quiet residential building and is accessible by elevator.

The apartment was completed in July 2012 and furnished with new furniture.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed.

Car: not necessary

The apartment is in the middle of the city, 5 minutes walk from the Augarten Park. In addition, you can reach in 10 minutes the Jakominiplatz (center), the Castle Hill, the Opera, the Old Town of Graz and its attractions as well as the exhibition hall of the city of Graz.

Furthermore, it is worth visiting in the old town with around 1000 buildings and Armoury.

For quick purchases have to cross the street. Car is not necessary as it by public transport (trams, buses) do anything.
