Porto Fino Bay View Grand is the most exclusive, luxurious and sophisticated condominium development in the Hotel Zone, located at 9.5 K.M on the prominent Kukulcan Boulevard. Our unit is one floor below Penthouse level, offering a magnificent view of both the turquoise blue Caribbean ocean and the picturesque Nichupte Lagoon. This spacious luxury unit (1900 sf) offers two bedrooms and two full baths, large living room and formal dining area, gourmet kitchen, laundry facility with washer & dryer. It features marble tile floor throughout, granite kitchen and bathroom counter tops, latest stainless steel appliances with elegant Italian wood finished cabinets. Both bedrooms overlook the lagoon and the stretch of the ocean with the master bedroom having its private balcony. The main deck outside the living room hosts the private hot-tub/jacuzzi with a set of patio furniture, and provides a captivating view of the endless blue ocean, white sandy beaches down below.

We stayed here the last week in April 2009. Our experience was awesome. The condo was exceptional and was exactly as described. The pool was the best in Cancun! Can't say enough about this condo or location. I would stay here again. Richie, our host, was very helpful and attentive.

Omg..we just returned from a 2 wk stay August 1, 09 and this condo was perfect. Traveled w/our girls 12, 17 & 22 and they loved it! This condo has an amazing view from the living room and both bedrooms! Clean and highly maintained. Best of all it has a washer/dryer in the unit!! Location is perfect! You step out to the beautiful white sandy beach, the awesome pool which stays open till midnite!! yeah midnite!! Security was strictly enforced 24/7 but extremely friendly to condo guests. We felt safe with our girls venturing out alone in the resort. Must eat at the snack bar area. Food was delicious! Staff was extremely friendly and willing to help or advise us as to the best places to visit! Walkn distance to everything...clubs, restaurant, convenience stores and best of all the mall!! Dealing directly with owners one is always leary about it validity NO WORRIES WITH THIS OWNER!! Extremely nice, professional and responded immediately to my emails. We even received our deposit back within 4 days of our return! HIghly recommend for your next vacation!! Loved it! Thank you Brandon for an exceptional vacation experience!

I stayed there the last week of February, 2009. The condo is in great condition, very nicely appointed. Linda, the property manager, was very helpful. The location is great, with lots of restaurants nearby.

Recommendations - a telephone enabled for local calls would be very helpful. a comfortable chair for the master bedroom balcony would be nice. Also, a small bistro table with two chairs in the main balcony would also be very nice.

Overall, this was a great experience.
