The apartment (on the ground floor of a two family house) is located south of Velden in an idyllic small village, surrounded by fields and farms.

From here you have the ideal starting point for many recreational activities such as cycling, swimming, hiking and mountain-climbing trips to castles and palaces.

In the large 85m2 apartment with kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms, you will find everything you need for a restful and relaxing holiday!

In the modern and fully equipped kitchen makes it easy for you and your loved ones a perfect breakfast, lunch or dinner to conjure up that you can then enjoy the sunshine on your terrace or in the large corner bench.

And in the evening, after a busy day, you can sit on the large couch in the living room with a glass of wine or a good movie (satellite TV, DVD) cozy.

And now: Sit back, relax, close your eyes. Take a deep breath ... Smell the meadows, the fresh hay, listening to the hum of bees, the chirping of crickets and let it all hang out - you are on holiday!

Our apartment is located in Carinthia (municipality Velden) in a small, idyllic village directly on the river Drava.

Velden can be reached in about 8 minutes by car, there are numerous shopping and entertainment venues, physicians, pharmacies and restaurants.

In summer Velden - others become known through the "Schlosshotel Velden '- a popular holiday resort that has retained its nostalgic charm to this day.

Numerous lakes, ski resorts and attractions and a variety of events throughout the year a load of Carinthia.

Major shopping centers such as the atrial or the city arcades there in Villach and Klagenfurt.

Also in Udine there are numerous large shopping malls and outlet stores are available in Ljubljana, see the MEGA FACTORY OUTLET CENTER.

To Villach and Klagenfurt do not drive about 20 to 25 minutes by car, Slovenia and Italy also more than half an hour.

The ÖBB also offer cheap bus service from Villach eg according to Venice and Graz.

Bad weather and rain? No problem, either visit the new baths in Warmbad Villach or take - in the summer - right on the beach in Italy!

Slovenia: 30 min.

Tarvisio: 30 min.

Lignano: 2.15 hrs

Caorle, Grado, Bibione: 2.5 hrs
