The second bedroom is just as roomy as the front and located on the lagoon side and also has a private balcony offering magnificent waterfront views of Cancun and the lagoon. Both bedrooms have large flat screen LCD TV's and a DVD player. There is a full walk-in closet in each bedroom with plenty of room for all that you might bring.

The unit includes a full service kitchen stocked with everything you might think of and includes two telephones. One is for local calls and one is for calls to and from the United States and Canada which is free of charge to our guests.Friends, relatives or your office can call you and not be charged any additional international fees as it utilizes a Florida phone number. There is a convenient laundry room right off the kitchen which includes a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Off of the laundry room is a maids quarters that has a separate bedroom with a trundle bed and a third full bath. Both the King and Queen beds have luxurious Sealy Posturepedic mattresses with pillow tops. This condo unit comfortably sleeps 6 people. There is a full dining room .There is also a 47' HDTV LCD television equipped with a DVD player and stocked with over 200 of the most current movies constantly being updated
