  • A non refundable $40.00 cleaning fee
  • CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS.. a 24 hr cancellation on non holiday weekdays and weekends. This is for bookings within the same week.
    For reservations made more than 60 days in advance a 30 day notice is required .
    Cancellations that are made at least 30 days prior to date of arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee and a 100% after. Pay in full at the time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard for payment. Rates, fees and policies are subject to change without notice.
    Cancelation fee is applicable to new date if rebooked within 60 days. No shows will be charged full amount.
  • Check in time 2:00 pm check out time 10:00 am

Great Ashland cottage!

My husband and I loved this cozy cottage. It's close enough to walk to see a play, walk in Lithia Park and stroll through downtown. It's small but has everything you need. Breakfast on the sunny deck looking out at the mountains was great. The owner was very helpful!
