Beautiful villa with large pool in the freshwater channel

The bright, light and airy villa with a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths offers guests a friendly atmosphere. The large pool area with large south-facing solar heated swimming pool ideal for swimming, relaxing and grilling. On the canal side you will find nature pu r. Here you can laze around, fishing, watching the birds and aquatic animals. 2 bikes for exploring the surrounding area. Beach equipment are also available. For young children are ready cot, high chair and a security fence for the pool. High-speed internet access and satellite TV are included in the rent. The Tropicana Villa is child friendly, elderly and Florida fans of all ages are welcome.

Notes

  • The weekly price includes a stay for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years. for each additional person will be a surcharge of 40 € per week. All prices include 11% tax and include electricity cost of $ 25 per week. The final cleaning is dependent on the number of guests and is paid between $ 130 and $ 150, on the spot. The deposit is 300 €. The payment shall be made by bank transfer. At the conclusion of the lease agreement are 25% payable immediately, including the balance of the deposit 4 weeks before arrival.

  • The master bath - Bathroom 1 - is equipped with 2 sinks, tub and large walk-in shower. The toilet is provided with a door. The bathroom 2 also has a large walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Bathroom 3 is accessible from the pool area with toilet and sink. An outdoor shower is located separately on the pool deck. In each bathroom has a hairdryer and European outlets - such as razors to 110 V switchable - present. You will also find plenty of towels.

The second Bedroom is a guest room with 2 single beds. The 3rd Bedroom is equipped with a Daybett and can be used as needed as well as a double bed or 2 single beds. Rooms 2 and 3 have a shared guest bathroom with walk-also with a large shower. Bed linen is provided.
