This property was completed in June 2007. It sits in the heart of Americas greatest family resort, Ocean City, NJ. This home is impeccably furnished and maintained. It has great appeal for people traveling with handicapped guests. Two out of the five bedrooms are master suites. On the first floor directly off the kitchen is a private 'handicapped accessible' master suite which includes a full bathroom with a glass & marble shower. The other suite is on the second floor & includes a king size bed, private balcony & a spectacular large bathroom with a sit down glass/marble shower. There is an additional bedroom on the second floor with twin beds, as well as a full bathroom and second living room which includes a plasma TV, pull out sofabed and a deck with table & chairs. The third floor has 2 more bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds, a 2nd bedroom with bunkbeds and a queen sofa futon and a full bathroom. Another deck with a breathtaking view of Ocean City's famous ferris wheel.

14 family members stayed in July of 09 and we were so impressed. We did not need a thing as the house had everything we needed. All the comforts of home. The pictures are true to the real thing. The description was accurate, the home was clean and we have already referred people to this home. We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen which was decorated so modernly as was the whole house. The kids enjoyed the bikes, the wall tv's and of course the boogie boards.

You could want for nothing more in this house. Every little detail is thought out...great layout for large groups to convenet but also with smaller settings within the house to have quiet time even if you are with a group. 9 women did a retreat weekend in February at this house. We have decided this will be our place of choice for our twice a year retreat. The owner is overly accomodating.

We couldn't have been more pleased.

I stayed in this house with my family this past July. It was a beautiful house and had tons of privacy. Not only is it a block from the beach, but included in the rental is everything needed on a perfect vacation. They had beach chairs, boogie boards, tennis rackets, bats, balls, etc. There was even a grill so we could have a BBQ with all our family members. I brought my father down who is handicapped, and he enjoyed it so much we are coming down during the off season. There was a ramp for him that led right into the house, and a private suite right off the kitchen. He didn't have to climb a single stair.I recommend this house to anyone with kids, teens, or elderly traveling with them. It is a welcoming, family friendly place and I already have it booked for my family for the Easter weekend, as well as next season. BOOK IT!!!!!!!!
