The resort features 10,000 square ft. of amenities including a lazy river, zero entry pool, 2 hot tubs, children's splash area, 10ft waterfall, large adult pool, playground, and much more. This 5th floor condo features 9 ft. ceilings, crown molding, all major appliances, granite counter tops, all the extra that you would want. Both large bedrooms are facing the Gulf & have access to the large balcony. The condo is comfortably furnished to help you relax and enjoy paradise. Enjoy the 42' LCD HDTV with 5:1 Surround Sound iHome Theater in the Living Room. Both bedrooms have wall mounted 37' LCD HDTVs with DVD & CD players. The large Master Suite features a King size bed and large private bathroom. The second bedroom features a King size bed and large private bathroom. Bothfeature Walk-In showers. The condo also has a large bunk area with 2 twin beds and a privacy curtain. There is a Queen Sleeper Sofa, if needed.

Great time at Waterscape

I rented the condo from Windfall properties and everything went fine. I had no difficulty with a late check in and the condo was beautiful. Waterscape is an excellent place to stay with a nice beach and plenty of outdoor activities. The condo was clean and very nicely decorated.

The pictures don't do this unit justice. This is an upscale decor with high-end furniture, superb pool amenities, free DVD movies, free wireless internet access, an iPod docking station on the home theatre, and large flat panel HDTVs with DVD and CD players in all rooms.

Wow, what a great place to stay. The view from the balcony of the ocean is excellent, the unit is first class all the way, the pool is everything and more for the perfect time for relaxing for mom and the kids. Right around the corner are many great restaurants, kids activities, golf, fishing, para-sailing, etc. The sand beach is clean and the gulf crystal clear. Just bring your bathing suits, golf clubs and the staff takes care of everything else
