Our villa Sunvill is a very quiet and well-kept neighborhood. The building has been lovingly restored and now loads up to 6 guests for a relaxing and varied holiday. On its own pool, enjoy the beautiful sunshine all day and evening, a nice barbecue. Good local shops and are easily accessible, motorboat and canoe trips to the Gulf of Mexico can start directly from our own private boat dock and the many nice beaches like Fort Myers Beach, Captiva Iceland and Venice Beach are nearby.

The total floor area of ??the house is a generous 160 m2 in 2003, built house was completely renovated in 2009 and now offers 3 cozy bedrooms, a living room with sitting area, TV & DVD, high speed internet, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker and toaster. Washer and dryer are available. When you sit either in a free barbecue at the pool or on a covered terrace.

Our villa has its own jetty and is therefore suitable as a starting point for wonderful trips by boat to the Gulf of Mexico. The area is very quiet and well kept, yet are within minutes of shops and restaurants in walking. The airport in Fort Myers is also only 35 minutes drive away, so the check can be done quickly and hassle free!
