Villa "Paradise Sand Dollar"

This absolutely wonderful holiday villa is located only 400 meters from the endless white sand beach of Fort Myers Beach.

 "Sand Dollar Paradise" offers 250 m2 living space for up to 8 people. The villa is comfortably and tastefully and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 1 bedroom in a separate area on the ground floor.

The spacious family room has a beautiful dining area with open plan kitchen. Beside it is the large outdoor dining area.

The heated pool is situated in a tropical garden and offers 1000 m2 with 6 relaxation loungers, hammock and two seating ensembles generous space for the whole family.

From the covered pool bar from, you have a magnificent view of the garden and the canal with private boat and boat deck. Apart from the pool bar is an in-house spa.

Also technically, the furnishings leave nothing to be desired: 3 flat screen TVs, high-speed internet access (wireless), stereo, washing machine and dryer. Also includes 2 bikes equipment of the villa.

Golfers will find the Fort Myers Beach public golf course just a stone throw away.

Boaters have the option to rent the 25-foot long boat to Chaparell sundeck with ample deck space to enjoy the beautiful waters, beaches, dolphins, Mannatees and nature. A licensed captain is available here as a skipper or even admittance to the boat and the local waters are available.

Fort Myers Beach is located on Estero Iceland, which is by the Estero Bay and separated from the mainland. The approximately 11 km long, gently sloping sandy beaches mean beach ~ ~ Pure Life. Although Fort Myers Beach is a popular holiday destination, it has retained its old charm.

Fort Myers Beach offers something for everyone: For those looking for lively beach life is right on the North Pier with boutiques, restaurants and a variety of gift shops just right. Here you can charge with Waverunner jet along the beach. Only a few meters away from the pier, you can enjoy the beach to yourself in peace and may the sea, sand and sun.

At the south end is followed by the Lovers Key National Park, where you will find undisturbed nature.

Almost every day you can feel the magic of the most beautiful sunsets on the white sandy beaches.

  • All prices are subject to 11% tax (6% sales tax and 5% tourist tax). Included are $ 35 per week electricity consumption.
    The reported weekly price applies to an assignment of the villa with 4 persons, each additional person plus 99 euros, or 90 euros (NS) per week.
    From 4 weeks are considered long-term conditions, please ask for a quote.
    Other Conditions: Minimum rental period 1 week or by appointment. Easter and Christmas, 2 weeks and 20% surcharge season.
    Not included are: cleaning and Deposit.
    Deposit of 20% is due 14 days after booking confirmation, balance due, and the security deposit are due 30 days before arrival.
  • Besides energy consumption and cleaning there are no other charges!
    The rental price high-speed Internet access is included.
    Bed linen, towels, bath towels and tea towels are provided for free.
    The use of gas grills is free, full gas bottle is included. Cleaning is carried out by the tenant. Non-compliance will be a fee of $ 50 - will be charged.
    Surcharges: 11% tax on the rent. Cleaning $ 200 - payable locally. The increased electricity consumption is based on usage of 12 U.S. cents per kilowatt-hour is calculated and deducted from the deposit.
    Due to the high-quality equipment, we charge a deposit of 500 euros which will be returned promptly.
    A travel insurance is strongly recommended!
  • Possibly hiring a boat is to be arranged. You might have to contact the owner.

  • The master bedroom is very large with a separate writing desk and an adjoining master bath with large Wellnesdusche. For your wardrobe you will find a walk-in closet. Two more bedrooms are located on the same floor .. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes. The bedroom on the lower level has twin beds and a walk in closet, which is additionally equipped with a refrigerator.
