The old, former winegrower's house has been renovated in 1996 and 2010 and has
3 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room plus kitchen. 4 and 5 bedrooms spread over three floors. The kitchen is fully furnished, equipped with dishwasher and the usual appliances.
At night or on the evening it is very quiet and calm in the house. Cheerful and louder it is only during the road wine festival, which takes place twice a year (May u. Sept.). Since everything is booked in Pünderich. It pays to join in the celebrations, the street festival is very popular. The Mosel you reach the way on foot in 3 minutes.
