On the Chetco River one block from the Pacific Ocean and directly across from the sport and commercial boat basin. Watch the activities on the river & relax in this totally furnished condo. Easy one block walk to the beach. Also close to library, bowling center, and downtown Brookings.

Short or long term rentals available. Utilities included are water, sewer, garbage, phone, cable TV, & electric. Internet access available via wireless router or direct hookup. A loaner cell phone if your's does not work in this area.

Summer as well as winter rates are great. Please see below. Contact Manager for additional guests and/or pets.

Wonderful time!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here over the weekend and it was a very cute condo!! The rental lady was so sweet and showed us around town. Our two dogs are like children to us and they were welcomed and we all had a great time. I can't wait until we can come back and we will definitely stay here again. There were lots of stairs so as long as you are prepared for that there was no problem. And the beach was only a short walk away!!
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Very, very Nice

My wife & I spent 4 nights at this rental and found it to be very clean and accommodating. There are great views of the harbor and river, with a spacious living room and bedroom. Renters should be cautioned that there are several sets of steep stairs down to the condo, but if that is not a problem, this rental is highly recommended for anyone visiting the Brookings area.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Great Condo

We stayed here while vacationing in Brookings and found it to be very comfortable, clean and with terrific views of the ocrean and Chetco River. Offers full kitchen and homey and comfortable furnishings. Walk to the beach just down the street and what a gorgeous view! Will certainly return to this place again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
