3 private residential units, 10/4m pool, 2700 sqm garden, renovated in 2012

Two newly renovated Provencal country houses with three residential units in the middle of the vineyards,. House 1 is divided into two apartments with 80 sqm (Cabrol) and 55 square meters (Fortunie). House 2 (Petit Maison) is separate and has 45 sqm. Also: a large private swimming pool (10x4m), three terraces separated with the utmost privacy for each apartment; altbewachsenes large plot of land (2700 sqm). The quiet location garantiet comprehensive recovery in a southern atmosphere. The climate guarantees in the summer sun and cool nights. Here you can sleep well without air conditioning.

The Residence Clos Neuf is also equipped with sleeping accommodations for 10 people and 3 bathrooms suitable for larger families and private groups (walking, cycling, painting). When adding in the nearby Maison Broche (150 meters), the capacity for up to 14 persons to be extended. Question please at special rates.

The Residence Clos Neuf is located in the Gard Provencal, two kilometers outside of Goudargues, the 'Venice of the Gard'. You will find many restaurants / cafes and shops and all necessary medical care (in German). There are also a variety of cultural activities: opera in Orange, Papal Palace in Avignon, Pont du Gard. The well equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking. Active vacationers has whitewater / cycling, horse riding, caves, marked hiking trails to choose from. The Contemplative can choose between flavors, wine tasting, outdoor theater / music, exhibitions (five painters in the village) and pleasant idleness. Pets are welcome with supplement.

Add to this a good review local cultural activities right outside the front door (eg in the open air theater in Cornillon in the ruins) and the Vallee of Ceze (eg Jazz Festival, Spanish and Latin American evenings). The valley of the 'Ceze' with all shades of green and restful Flussgeschlängel offers a peaceful haven contrast, still filled with life.

Who loves sports and exercise, here is an excerpt from a range of activity without End: Biking beautiful villages as exploring or as a mountainous challenge as a wine tour! Canoeing as white water sports in the nearby Ardeche, as a family outing or dreamy river exploration in the Valle de la Ceze. Rock Climbing as an increase for walking or with the use of ropes and hooks and leaders. Manege riding, riding terrain, riding lessons on your doorstep. Well organized hiking on any difficulty level with much or little solitude. Innumerable caving provide dramatic impressions, all different surprising. Especially the months of April / May and September / October are a great way to explore the good designated trails.

Wunderbarer Ferienort, Erholung pur!

Das Haus 'Cabrol' hat alles, was man braucht, um entspannt Urlaub zu machen. Die Einrichtung ist funktionell und praktisch und es fehlt an nichts. Vom Wäscheständer zum Trocknen des Badezeugs, zu scharfen Messern in der Küche, die auch einen modernen Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Geschirrspüler etc. enthält, ist einfach alles da. Und sollte doch mal etwas fehlen, so hilft die Eignerfamilie gerne weiter. Die Betreuung vor Ort haben wir als sehr nett und diskret empfunden.

Die Fotos entsprechen 1:1 den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten.

Der Pool gleich neben dem Haus ist eine Wucht! Meine Teens und ich haben zig Stunden darin bzw. auf den zahlreichen Liegestühlen drum herum verbracht und uns blendend erholt.

Die Gegend selber bietet viel Natur und Ruhe; dennoch erreicht man in wenigen Autokilometern zahlreiche bekannte Städte der Provence.

Der Ferienort ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge, insbesondere auch für wunderschöne Kanufahrten auf der Cèze.

Wir können diese Feriendomizil wärmstens empfehlen und werden nächsten Sommer wieder kommen.

Perfektes Urlaubsdomizil

Wir haben zu viert (27-28 Jahre alt) eine Woche voller Entspannung in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht und waren rundum zufrienden. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist gemütlich und besticht durch einen eigenen Charme. Die zahlreichen kleinen Sitzgelegenheiten mit Tisch laden zum gemütlichen Frühstück oder netten Grillabenden ein. Die nötige Abkühlung an heißen Tagen bietet der saubere und sehr gut gepflegte Pool, welcher groß genug ist, um auch mal ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen. Desweiteren ist eine Tischtennisplatte vorhanden, die uns und sicherlich auch vielen Kindern viel Freude bereitet hat. Die Austattung ist neuwertig und ließ für uns keine Wünsche offen.
Die Vermieter sind sehr engagiert und herzlich und geben gerne Tipps zu möglichen Aktivitäten.
Nahegelegene Städte wie Orange, Avignon oder Uzès laden zu Stadtbesichtigungen und Marktbesuchen ein, aber auch die direkte Umgebung bietet wunderbare Spaziergänge und die Erkundung zahlreicher kleinen Örtchen.

Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

The countless historical towns of southern France (Uzes, Avignon, Nimes, Orange) with their musical and darbieterischen, spectacular festivities are on the doorstep (30-50 minutes). The access to highway, rail and airport is very convenient. One is immediately captured by the pulse of the 'Midi'.
