This top-renovated apartment lies in the quietest part of Playa de Palma just 300m away from the fine sandy beach. This famous residential area characterises a classic Spanish environment that it could still largely retain its originality.

Its neighbours are mostly local residential families, who live here year round or enjoy the best recreational activities of this area from their own apartment.

Everything that you expect from a modern holiday resort is reachable within walking distance: shopping facilities, supermarkets, cafeterias, restaurants, bicycle, motorbike and car rental, beach club, recreational facilities in the locality and on the beach, medical care.

The nearest bus stop is only a few steps away and from there in barely 30 minutes you will reach the Palma city centre with its diverse cultural activities and numerous tourist attractions. Likewise a well-developed bicycle trail leads you continuously along the sea up to the heart of the old town.

The approximately 100sq.m large apartment on the 1st floor of a small apartment house with just 4 units consists of a living cum dining room, a large modern kitchen with a winter garden to the east and south, 2 bedrooms (one with double bed 190x150 and the other with 2 single beds 190x90), one small bedroom with a single bed and a small shower bath.

The lobby exits on to an additional guest toilet and from the kitchen you can access the winter garden in a patio at the back side of the building. The kitchen is fully fitted with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and television. A small dining table is available on which 4 persons can have breakfast - as well as on the adjacent patio.

There is a round dining table in the living room with 4 chairs, one sleeping couch and a television with satellite network for 30 German channels and a stereo system with CD player apart from an electric furnace with flame effect. A spacious patio extends in front of it, where there is another dining table with seating arrangements.

A safe is also available for your documents and smaller valuables. All along Playa de Palma, right on the boardwalk 150m away, there is free wireless internet access everywhere - reaching even the apartment.

Living room and master bedroom have air-conditioning heat/cool, in the small bedroom and in kitchen there is a television with Spanish channels and on the whole the furnishing is styled with top quality and elegance.

Even if the set-up is designed for up to 6 persons, not more than 4 or 5 persons should be accommodated in order to ensure optimal comfort for everyone.

With its proximity to Palma this apartment is also ideally suited for the quiet and peaceful winter months in very pleasant weather.

Here you don't need a rental car any more even for once. You will be picked up free upon arrival at the airport.

An honest word: 'Ballermann-Meile', which is not appreciated by everyone (it is actually only a short stretch on the shoreline of just 500m, the peak season there is in May, June and September and in German media the 'Activity' there is often portrayed in a greatly exaggerated way) lies far enough to avoid disturbing the neighbourhood and yet you can reach there in 10 minutes - if you still want to.

We only accept groups of men who like the good 'strategic' location of this apartment if they consider the well-deserved peace of the neighbours.

Schönen Urlaub erlebt

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung! Wir (5 Mädels) haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Wir waren begeistert von der Ausstattung sowie der Lage. Der Ferienwohnung fehlt es an nichts. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, sodass man super kochen kann. Die Bäder könnten etwas größer sein, aber selbst wir mit 5 Mädels haben es geschafft damit klar zu kommen :-)
Das Beste an der Wohnung ist aber der Balkon der zur Straße liegt. Wir haben etliche Stunden auf diesem verbracht, einfach herrlich.
Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder.

super Wohnung super Lage !

sehr schöne Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet.Schönes Deko sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sofort sehr voll gefühlt wie "zu hause".
Die Lage kennte wir schon von früheren Jahren deswegen haben wir eine Wohnung in dieser Gegend gesucht sehr rühig für Familie mit Kinder wie uns,aber trotztdem nähe vom Meer und andere Aktivität.Freundliche Nachbarschft. Der Vermieter und seine Frau sind sehr sympatisch und freundlich. wir kommen gerne wieder nächstes Jahr !!! Vielen Dank wir haben die Ferien genossen

"TOP"
Von der Buchung bis hin zum Ende der Reise, es hat alles gepasst. Der Kontakt war hervorragend. Wir sind sehr herzlich am Flughafen begrüßt worden, uns ist alles in Ruhe erklärt worden und auch bei der Abreise hat alles funktioniert. Ein wirklich traumhafter Urlaub in einer traumhaften Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung selbst muss man als perfekt bezeichnen, sowie die Lage auch. Ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem Mitten drin im Geschehen. Der Vermieter spricht perfekt Deutsch. Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe im Detail ausgestattet. Wir werden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen, sobald wir einen Urlaub auf Mallorca planen. Wir hoffen, dass wir die nötige Rücksicht auf die Nachbarn walten lassen haben und bedanken uns nochmal vielmals bei Fam. Steffens.

Top Wohnung, jederzeit wieder

Mein Sohn und seine Freunde haben eine Woche in der Wohnung verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden.
Die Wohnung ist in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand und hat rundum überzeugt. Besonders die perfekt eingerichtete Küche war super. Die Lage ist ruhig und doch sehr zentral. Wirklich nur 2 Minuten zum Strand.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und jede Frage wurde umgehend ausführlich beantwortet. Wir haben den "Geheimtipp" unserem Freundeskreis schon weitergegeben.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, alles war gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt nicht weit vom Geschehen weg und ist dennoch sehr ruhig....

Schöne Unterkunft in genialer Lage

Vielen Dank an den Vermieter,dass wir in dieser schönen Wohnung unseren 7-tägigen Urlaub verbringen durften.Es fehlt wirklich an nichts und die Lage ist genial , ruhig und doch ist man nach ca. 200 Meter mitten im Geschehen.Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und unkompliziert.Wir(Ehepaar mit Tochter u. Partner) haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und hoffen, dass wir die Wohnung wieder mieten dürfen.
