Experience unforgettable hours on your balcony overlooking the Baltic Sea. The large balcony you can walk from all three rooms and have a sitting area and sun loungers sun page.

The villa has an elevator as well as the ability to use the garage.

The modern 3-bedroom apartment is 79 square meters in size and suitable for 4 people.

 

From television (LCD TV) via CD-quality stereo system to wireless here is all there.

 

From the living room and from the orbiting covered balcony you can enjoy the sea.

 

The apartment has two bedrooms, thereof one bedroom with bunk beds.

Both bedrooms have access to the spacious balcony that runs the entire length of home.

 

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher and toaster.

The 4 km long beach promenade with restaurants, bars and shops are perfect for leisurely strolls. The bathrooms vessels from the pier in Binz, easy access to many attractions of the island. The little train 'Orlando Furioso' brings you to the nearby seaside resorts and city of residence Putbus. A must for every tourist island are the flint fields, the king chair Jasmund and the lighthouses of Cape Arkona. Not to mention the beautiful, relaxing walks on the beach all year round and swimming in the Baltic Sea.
